I have been a patient of Tessa’s for a while, and when Tessa first mentioned the Seasonal Reset to me, it came at such a perfect time. I had often felt the calling to make a change each season, and learning more about my own cycles in the recent months sparked my interest.
Firstly, the layout of the information is very clear and concise, easy to read and follow. Once signed up you attain immediate access to the supportive Facebook group, and webpage information. I have wanted to do a cleanse/detox for some time now but I’ve always been a bit hesitant because I love food and I work out quite a lot, that I couldn’t see myself  living on juices for days on end and restrict myself from eating. The Seasonal Reset is so different from other cleanses. Having personal contact with Tessa and being able to share in the community group I believe contributed so much to my success. I have done a 5-day juice cleanse before, but this is something completely different! While a juice cleanse is basically fasting for 5 days, the Seasonal Reset offers the same experience of releasing toxins, while still eating healthy food. The combination of the amazing recipes, the guidance from Tessa, and the movement and sleep protocol have turned this reset into a full program that I would recommend anyone to experience. Day 4 definitely was the hardest day for me, since I was experiencing some nausea and dizziness. Tessa gave a few extra detox tips that helped me to release my toxins even more and gave me such a good feeling. The weeks leading up to the cleanse I was feeling drained and had difficulty getting out of bed in the morning. When do I need to sign up by?

If you want to take advantage of the early bird price of $69 you will need to be signed up at least a month before the cleanse. You can still sign up at the normal price as late as the day before the cleanse begins!

How do I access the protocol?

You will be given a special link to access the course content once you buy the protocol.

How does the Seasonal Reset work?

Once you sign up for the seasonal reset you will be given a link to the protocol which you can use to access it anytime you need, this pages gives you all the information you need to go through the protocol as well as downloadable content that will accompany the information on the page itself. 

You can join the community Facebook group where you will be able to share your experience, ask questions, connect with fellow cleansers and get support from myself and the community. 

The Seasonal Reset doesn’t start for a while, do I need to do anything to prepare?

The content will be launched two weeks before the cleanse. This is when you can do some pre reading and get familiar with the protocol. Otherwise all you need to do is 1 or 2 days before the cleanse start date, make some choices for your meals throughout the 5 days if you are planning to use any of the alternative meals, and if you are choosing the juice/smoothie option, which recipes will you choose. Then, update your shopping list with your preferences and fill your pantry with everything you need for the whole 5 days. If you would like you can even meal prep some of the meals to really take the pressure off.

Can I access the course on my phone/mobile/iPad?

Yes you can, using the link will take you to the same webpage, however the page is not fully optimized for mobile viewing. I suggest using a desktop/laptop to view the content. 

Will I be able to communicate with other people doing the course with me?

Yes! The community Facebook page is where you can connect with everyone else doing the cleanse with you, including me. I really recommend engaging with this group – posting pictures, questions, and commenting on posts. Through this shared experience you will get more out of the protocol for yourself.

Can I share my protocol with others?

The protocol is designed solely for your own personal use. We want to create a safe space where you can freely comment on the content, your own journey, and interact with the others in the Seasonal Reset. To ensure everyone feels comfortable doing so we need a commitment from all the participants to not share the content with anyone who has not signed up.

This protocol does not include the food for the 5 day protocol, you will be given recipes and a shopping list for everything you will need.

Will I loose weight doing this cleanse?

This cleanse is not focused on weight loss, it is focused on promoting lasting, vibrant health. It completely depends on your state of health and how your body responds to the protocol. Some people find they lose weight naturally during and after the cleanse.

Is this a diet?

No, this is not a diet. The Seasonal Reset is a 5-day comprehensive cleanse protocol including a set meal plan. This meal plan is not suggested to continue past the 5 days of the protocol.

How much time will I be expected to commit?

The Seasonal Reset protocol is designed to slot into your normal routine. However, in order to get the most out of your protocol, I suggest trying to make the 5 days as predictable and simple as possible. 

The recipes in this meal plan are simple and easy so won’t take too long to prepare.

The daily yoga classes are around 20minutes long.

The self-reflection will only take a few minutes a day.

Who do I contact if I have any issues with the course?

On the facebook page you can post questions and get support from Tessa and from fellow cleansers. You will also be able to send Tessa a private message through this platform as well if you want to ask a personal question.

Who is the Seasonal Reset not suitable for?

Anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding or has the following conditions – Anemia, heart disease, cancer, diabetes, adrenal fatigue, chronic fatigue syndrome.

Can I do this course if I’m currently facing a significant health challenge?

If you are undergoing a significant health challenge it is best to see Tessa in a private consult about, here she can determine whether it is suitable for you. 

Can I do this course if I’m taking medication?

If you are taking prescribed medication it is advised to speak with your health care provider before signing up for the Seasonal Reset.

Do I continue taking vitamins & supplements during this protocol?

Yes! Go ahead and keep taking your vitamin supplements during this protocol.

Can I do this course if I’m a vegetarian/vegan/paleo/have food intolerances?

Yes! The meals in the Seasonal Reset are very clean, low aggravating foods. All the recipes are gluten-free and dairy-free. If you are vegetarian or vegan there are alternative meals that you can choose from.

Can I do this course if I am pregnant/breastfeeding?

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding it is not recommended that you do the Seasonal Reset protocol. During this time you are focusing on growing a little human and it is important to look at what you can add into your diet, not what you can take out. It is suggested that you see Tessa for a private consultation if you would like support during pregnancy and breastfeeding. 

What ages is this suitable for?

The Seasonal Reset is not suitable for children under the age of 16. It is advised that if you are under the age of 18 you see Tessa for a private consultation first to see if it is suitable. 

If you are over the age of 80 it is recommended that you ask your health care provider if this is suitable for you.
