Why I Wrote This Course

I believe that most women know far too little about their own bodies, especially when it comes to the reproductive system and how our menstrual cycle works. 

This is something that every woman experiences from when they are pre-teens all the way up to be seasoned veterans that have been around the block. 

We are constantly cycling through new symptoms and experiences as our hormones fluctuate through the different stages of the cycle and therefore have to be aware and manage these on a daily basis. And yet, so few women know anything about it, and more importantly anything about how to practice self-care and support their bodies.

Being a woman is so cool! But, if you don’t have the skills and know-how our menstrual cycle can feel like a real burden.

I really want all women to feel so much more empowered when it comes to their menstrual cycle, and the best way to do that is through learning! My hope is to offer something that will help women become more educated and understand how to get to know their cycle better. It can be such an enriching experience.

Do I need any special equipment for the course?

Everything is adaptable! I make suggestions for a lot of different practices, recipes and other tips and tricks that are totally up to you whether you want to use or not. Everything suggested is very easy to get. An example is a yoga mat for the yoga classes that are included, but if you are doing it on carpet or a towel it will not take away from your experience!

How long will I have access?

How is the course delivered?

As to not overwhelm you I have created a curriculum that will be drip-feed over 4-5 weeks. Once a lesson has been released to you it will never disappear, therefore you will have access to the content to go at your own pace. I have had a lot of people say they did the course at the same pace as their cycle, so as they learned they could implement the knowledge right away alongside the phases they were in.
